Shipping policy
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania, inside the EU.
Where we ship to
We deliver across Europe, including the UK, Switzerland and Norway. We also ship to Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Singapore and Egypt. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus. The country list at checkout shows every country we deliver to.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes:
- 3-6 days to Sweden
- 4-6 days to the Netherlands
- 4-7 days to Belgium and Italy
- 5-10 days to Spain and the UK
- 3-10 days to other European countries, including Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland
- Up to 15 days to Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Singapore and Egypt
Delivery times may vary with your location and local customs procedures.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over €100 in the EU and £100 in the UK. Other countries have their own threshold, shown in your cart. Orders below the threshold pay a standard shipping rate, shown at checkout based on your location. Faster priority shipping is also offered at checkout.
Customs and import taxes
EU countries: no additional customs fees or taxes apply. Countries outside the EU, including the UK, Switzerland and Norway: your order may be subject to import duties or local taxes on delivery. These fees are set by your country's customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
Returns
You can return your order within 60 days of receiving it, and we send you a free return shipping label. See our refund policy for the details.
