Yes. The Magnimoo wall surface doubles as a drawing board. You can draw on it with our washable pen set (8 colors) or chalk set (12 colors), then wipe clean with a damp cloth and start over. This makes it ideal for practicing letters, doodling, and creative art — all without wasting paper.

Installation takes under five minutes with no tools required. Simply peel off the adhesive backing and press the magnetic decal onto any clean, smooth wall surface. The wall should be dry and free of dust before application. For best results, start from one edge and smooth outward to avoid air bubbles. Detailed instructions are included with every order.

No. The Magnimoo wall is designed to be removable without damaging paint or drywall. The adhesive is strong enough to hold the magnetic surface and all attached magnets securely, but peels away cleanly when you decide to move it or redecorate. We recommend applying it to walls with standard latex or acrylic paint that has been dry for at least 30 days.

Magnimoo works best on smooth, flat surfaces including painted drywall, plaster, glass, metal, and smooth wood panels. It is not recommended for textured walls (such as stucco or heavy plaster textures), brick, wallpaper, or freshly painted surfaces (wait at least 30 days after painting). The surface must be clean and dry for optimal adhesion.

Yes. All Magnimoo products are CE certified and meet European safety standards for children’s products. The magnetic wall and all accessories are made from non-toxic, PVC-free, BPA-free, and odorless materials. The wall surface itself has no small detachable parts. However, as with all magnetic toys, we recommend adult supervision for children under 3 years old, as some smaller magnet accessories could pose a choking hazard.

The Magnimoo magnetic wall is made from a flexible magnetic sheet with an adhesive backing layer. It is PVC-free, BPA-free, non-toxic, and completely odorless. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 14 business days depending on your location. EU countries generally receive orders faster (3–7 days), while destinations outside Europe may take 7–14 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Free shipping is available on orders over $120 USD (or €90 in the EU). Orders below this threshold are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We offer a 60-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove pen marks, chalk, or dust. For washable pen marks, a damp cloth is usually sufficient. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough scrubbing pads, as these may damage the surface over time. The magnetic wall is designed for daily use and easy maintenance.
